A 100ml bottle of single-estate Sicilian Biancolilla typically lasts 6–8 weeks once opened, kept in a cool, dark cupboard with the cap closed tightly. Use it for finishing raw dishes, salads, and dipping bread to taste the cultivar at its best. Olive oil is at its peak in the months after pressing, so we recommend you do not save it for "a special occasion" — every meal it touches is the occasion.

When was this lot harvested?

Our current bottle is from the November 2025 harvest, cold-pressed within four hours of picking at a traditional stone mill in central Sicily. The harvest date is printed on every bottle. Olive oil is a fresh product, not a vintage one — what matters is how recent the harvest is, and ours is current-season.

How should I store this 100ml bottle?

Store standing upright in a cool, dark cupboard, away from heat, direct sunlight, and the hob. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Do not refrigerate — refrigeration causes the oil to cloud and accelerates flavour loss when warmed back up. The dark glass bottle is part of the protection; do not decant into a clear container.

Free standard UK delivery applies to orders over £40. A single 100ml bottle at £8 falls below that threshold, so standard shipping rates apply (typically £4.95).
