Every order is packed with care in London and sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service, so you can follow it from our door to yours.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
UK delivery options and prices
You choose your delivery service at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.50 — estimated 2–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50 — estimated 1–2 working days
- Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated 2–3 working days
The delivery price for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates counted from the day your order is dispatched. They are not guaranteed, and deliveries can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas or when Royal Mail services are disrupted.
For the Welcome Gift Box, please allow 48–72 hours for delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
If something goes wrong
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund policy.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, email us with your order number and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
