Returns & Refunds Policy — Laverde Artisan Ltd

We take real care over every bottle and jar we send out. If something is not right, we will put it right. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which it does not affect.

Unopened products

You may return unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Opened products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tasted or consumed, unless the product is faulty. Natural variation between harvests — for example in the flavour of the olive oil, or honey crystallising — is a sign of an unprocessed product and is not a fault.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

How to return an item

  1. Email info@laverdeartisan.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
  2. Once your return is approved, send it — securely packed, using a tracked service — to:

Refunds

We will confirm by email once we have received and checked your return. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Gifts

If you received a LAVERDE product as a gift and there is a problem with it, email us at info@laverdeartisan.com and we will help.

Exclusions

Gift cards and promotional sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
