How to brew

1. Open the drip bag: tear along the perforation and take out the filter.
2. Hang it on your cup: open the paper arms and secure them over the rim.
3. Pour slowly: add 180–200ml of hot water (92–96°C — just off the boil) in stages, letting it drain between pours.
4. Remove and enjoy: after 2–3 minutes, lift the bag out and enjoy your coffee.

Tip: prefer it stronger? Use 150–160ml of water. Fancy a latte? Brew with 120ml and top up with steamed milk.
